About the position

We’re looking for a Revenue Growth & Retention Coordinator to lead our post-sales growth strategy, focusing on maximizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through customer retention, product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives. You’ll be responsible for building processes, leading the team, implementing KPIs and OKRs, and acting as a hands-on leader who drives execution by example.

This is a strategic and operational role. You’ll own the roadmap for expanding revenue within the existing customer base, collaborate across teams (Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Marketing), and ensure a seamless and value-driven customer journey. If you have a passion for scaling revenue, leading high-performing teams, and driving results with precision, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Revenue Growth team, building a culture of performance, ownership, and accountability;

  • Design and optimize customer journey processes focused on retention, revenue expansion, and product adoption;

  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and OKRs to track and drive success across all growth initiatives;

  • Build scalable processes for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals with predictable outcomes;

  • Analyze key metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn, upgrade rate, and feature adoption to proactively act on opportunities and risks;

  • Oversee strategic projects across the area, managing timelines, priorities, and successful delivery;

  • Be hands-on: join critical customer meetings, lead negotiations, and coach the team through challenges;

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Marketing to align expansion strategies;

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members;

  • Manage and optimize workflows and reporting within HubSpot CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in team leadership within Account Management, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations;

  • Strong background in building and scaling customer retention and expansion strategies;

  • Hands-on experience managing CRM tools — HubSpot expertise is a plus;

  • Deep understanding of the Product-Led Growth model, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle management;

  • Experience with KPI/OKR frameworks and data-driven decision-making;

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure and act on insights;

  • Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus;

  • Hands-on, proactive leadership style – leads by example and enjoys being close to the action;

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across departments.

  • Increase in Net Revenue Retention (NRR);

  • Decrease in churn rate;

  • Growth in Upsell and Cross-Sell revenue;

  • Enhanced customer product adoption and engagement;

  • Growth of revenue pipeline within the existing customer base;

  • Team engagement and delivery on OKRs.
