About the position

A Sales Executive I at Globalfy is responsible for negotiating sales, costs and specifications with clients interested in purchasing our services. For this position, you’ll need strong commercial awareness about inside sales and sales techniques, strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.

Your main responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their needs.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demonstrations on products and services we provide.

  • Negotiate sales terms and contracts and handle objections from customers.

  • Act as a point of contact between customer and company, building a strong and trustworthy relationship with them.

  • Gather market and customer information to figure out necessities and new market trends.

  • Work with other departments (marketing, content, customer success) to maintain and boost customer experience.

  • Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required

Education and Experience:

  • Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken;

  • At least 2+ years of experience as an SDR;

  • Demonstrated track record in consistently meeting or surpassing ambitious sales targets and quotas;

Skills and Abilities:

  • You have knowledge on sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN Selling, GPCT or Sandler Selling.

  • You are smart and hard-working.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset.

  • You are exceptional in communication skills to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.

  • You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to continually improve processes and communication workflows.

  • You have proficient sales acumen encompassing lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement strategies;

  • You master sales and communication tools, CRM software (Hubspot), presentations and technologies crucial to the sales process.

  • You have confidence in client interactions, objection handling, and presenting compelling solutions.

  • You are able to cultivate enduring relationships with clients and potential customers.

  • You have intrinsic motivation for sales success and a strong drive to exceed performance targets.

  • You are dedicated to researching and understanding client needs for a tailored and effective sales approach.

  • You have empathy and a customer-centric mindset to deliver personalized solutions.

  • You have a great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination.

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (East-time)

The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
