About the position
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team, someone who thrives in the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. As a Sales Specialist, you'll give presentations and attend networking events, representing Globalfy with professionalism and approachability to help extend our global reach and impact.
Your main responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Globalfy and our products, researching clients’ needs and identifying how our solutions can meet them;
Generate new clients and grow existing relationships;
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with them, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve mutual business goals;
Conduct presentations, calls, and follow-ups, using creative strategies to develop unique sales tactics;
Participate in events representing the company, aiming to expand the network of contacts and promote Globalfy's products and services.
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate sales tracking and reporting;
Develop and implement sales plans, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed revenue goals. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual revenue quotas;
Create and manage partnerships that refer new clients to the company, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners.
Collaborate with the Sales team to design industry-specific engagement plans;
Conduct insightful research on markets and competitors to stay on top of the market.
Support the development of new professionals in the sales area, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required
Education and Experience:
Professional English and Spanish proficiency;
6+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles;
Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes to track and evaluate customers' performance
Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from market data and trends;
Proven experience in developing and managing customers and strategic partnerships within a business context;
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive initiatives;
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities;
Proficiency in presentation and report-writing skills to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences;
Experience in closing enterprise-level deals;
Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively.

The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
