Who we are looking for

Curious minds and hands-on problem solvers who aren’t afraid to think differently and help drive meaningful results!

About the position

We're hiring a Senior Strategic Partnerships Analyst to take part in the full strategic alliances development cycle: from prospecting to onboarding, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
You'll work closely with the Partnerships Manager and with the Sales, Operations, and Branding & Content teams, playing a key role in expanding Globalfy's partner network.
This role is for someone with commercial drive, the energy to build real relationships, and a genuine commitment to the partner's long-term success — it's not just about closing the deal, but making the alliance work and grow afterward. We're looking for someone with enough experience to manage the full negotiation cycle autonomously, with minimal need for supervision.

Your main responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new partners through research, active outbound, and networking;

  • Independently lead the full negotiation cycle, from qualification to close;

  • Negotiate and formalize agreements aligned with Globalfy's goals;

  • Attend strategic events to expand the network globally, representing Globalfy in person;

Partner relationship and success

  • Guide new partners through onboarding efficiently and clearly, ensuring a strong first experience;

  • Serve as the partner's ongoing point of contact, nurturing the relationship beyond deal closing;

  • Monitor alliance performance (referral volume, engagement, results) and propose data-driven improvements;

  • Identify signs of low engagement and act proactively to re-engage or strengthen alliances;

Collaboration and strategy

  • Collaborate with the Branding & Content team to plan, execute, and document joint actions with partners;

  • Work alongside the Partnerships Manager to align priorities and mid-term strategy;

  • Propose improvements to prospecting and negotiation processes based on accumulated experience;

  • Support the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients referred by partners.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required

  • Advanced English, both written and spoken;

  • 3-4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, B2B sales, or commercial customer success;

  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals independently;

  • Active commercial profile, comfortable with prospecting, negotiation, and building relationships from scratch (outbound doesn't scare you);

  • Strong negotiation and long-term relationship management skills;

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace;

  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented profile;

  • Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude);

  • Availability and willingness to attend in-person industry events.

You’ll stand out if you…

  • Speak other languages in addition to Spanish and English;

  • Have experience independently managing a portfolio of accounts or partners;

  • Have experience in accounting environments, info-product businesses, etc.;

  • Have experience in customer success or account management with a commercial component;

  • Are familiar with CRM best practices in B2B or SaaS contexts.

What you’ll find here

  • A true builder’s environment, with autonomy and real ownership;

  • Space to test ideas;

  • A high-performing team and challenging, meaningful projects;

  • The opportunity to grow with the company and leave your mark;
